An assessment considers where Legionella risks may arise in a water system, who could be exposed and whether suitable controls are in place. Its complexity should reflect the building and water system.
What to discuss before booking
Confirm which systems and areas are included, the report format, access requirements, timing and any exclusions. Ask whether additional testing or follow-up work is included or quoted separately.

Have available any previous assessments, water-system information and maintenance records. Identify who can provide access to plant, storage areas and relevant outlets.
